'The Voice': Jessica Childress proves quitting her job to audition was the right choice

Often times, contestants on singing shows speak of how they've quit their jobs and put their lives on the line to follow their dreams, and, often times, the response is: "You really shouldn't have." That wasn't the case with Jessica Childress on tonight's episode of "The Voice."Jessica, 26, admitted that she had been singing forever, but never professionally. Straight out of college, she took a job in PR, but eventually felt like she had to follow her dream. With the support of her husband, she took the leap, leading her to the stage on the NBC hit. As the final blind audition of the season, with only one spot left on Usher's team, the pressure was on for Jessica.
