Observe and Report gets a Red band Trailer - Featured

I can honestly say I don't know what to think of Observe & Report, after seeing the movie's first teaser trailer. It's Red Band, which means they get to say the F word a few times. That doesn't however, explain why it isn't funny.

Anyway find out for your self -

Watch the Observe and Report Red Band Trailer.

I am sure this was already in development and is coincidence, but with the surprise success of Paul Blart, this pretty much just seems like copycat Paul Blart for Grown Ups.Still a movie about a Mall Cop; kind of looks like fail.

I hated Paul Blart and I really dislike Kevin James. The whole "His humor is fatboy humor." comment is just not true. Pineapple Express was not fatboy humour, Superbad was not fatboy humour and I'm fairly sure that Green Hornet won't be.
You know what is fatboy humour? Paul Blart, the same movie that was given a great review on atomicpopcorn. The entire thing consisted of fatboy humour. I bet Kevin James was only picked to be Paul Blart was because he is larger than the average guy.
As for the actual movie, it's one of those "goofball action" movies that Seth has worked on before and it has to be said, people like them.
The thing about Seth himself is, he's agreat actor but we hardly get to see that, we see him in movies like this all the time. At one point we saw his amazing talent in "Zack and Miri Make a Porno", in the middle and at the end we see some really touching scenes between him and Elizabeth Banks. Scenes that showed exactly what he is capable of.
I guess he just really wants to make people laugh and I know this much; he really does it well.
