Other than killing off one of the better actors on the series, Revolution wasn't half bad this week. It had been promoted as an episode that delved into the show's tenuous couplings - Miles/Nora and Charlie/Jason - so the concern had been that it would delve into some uncomfortable and potentially cringe-worthy dramatics. It's not that romantic entanglements can't be depicted in an effective manner on a television series, it's simply that Revolution has a tendency to occasionally veer into overblown dialogue and delivery.
