'Modern Family' considering gay wedding for Mitch & Cam: What SCOTUS ruling means for TV's LGBT couples

Wednesday (June 26) was an historic day in America with the SCOTUS ruling that rendered the Defense of Marriage Act unconstitutional, giving same-sex married couples the same federal rights as their heterosexual counterparts. It was a big day for LGBT citizens across the country, to be sure, but it could also be leading to a change in the TV landscape."Modern Family" co-creator Christopher Lloyd tells EW that the ruling could lead to a long-anticipated wedding for Mitchell (Jesse Tyler Ferguson) and Cameron (Eric Stonestreet) in the show's upcoming fifth season.
