This week's Futurama took a detour from the usual fare with one of its classic three-part variety episodes, this time examining the staples of Saturday morning cartoons -- and told from the point of view of President Nixon and the headless body of Agnew, of course. "Saturday Morning Fun Pit" began by lampooning Scooby-Doo, with various Planet Express crew members assuming the roles of the beloved mystery team. I particularly enjoyed Fry's rendition of Shaggy, who was quite literally the stoner we all knew he was from the original series.
