Teen Choice Awards 2013: 'Glee' cast tribute to Cory Monteith

Had he not died unexpectedly in July, Cory Monteith would have almost definitely attended the 2013 Teen Choice Awards. As it is, many offered tribute to the deceased "Glee" star.
