TV ratings: 'Masterchef' tops 'Big Brother' and 'America's Got Talent' in 18-49 Wednesday

Fast National ratings for Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2013FOX's "Masterchef" held steady Wednesday with its performance from last week. But with "Big Brother" and "America's Got Talent" both falling, that was enough to make "Masterchef" the night's top show among adults 18-49. "Big Brother" fell a couple tenths vs. a week ago. "AGT" had a bigger drop, losing four tenths of a point in the 18-49 demographic and about 700,000 viewers. NBC led the night in viewers with 6.3 million and a 3.9 rating/7 share in households. CBS (5.6 million, 3.8/7) came in second. FOX (4.05 million, 2.5/4) took third, beating out ABC's 3.3 million viewers and 2.3/4. The CW trailed with 1.2 million viewers and a 0.8/1.FOX grabbed the top spot among adults 18-49 with a 1.6 rating, followed closely by NBC (1.5) and CBS (1.4).
