TV ratings: 'Sleepy Hollow' starts strong for FOX Monday, 'Dancing With the Stars' up too

Fast National ratings for Monday, Sept. 16, 2013The first new network series of the 2013-14 season got off to a good start Monday: FOX's "Sleepy Hollow" tied for the lead among adults 18-49 in its hour and helped the network capture the demographic crown for the night. "Sleepy Hollow" was way up over FOX's "Mob Doctor" premiere in the same spot last year and even bested last spring's premiere of "The Following."Also Monday, "Dancing With the Stars" kicked off Season 17 to a bigger audience than last fall's all-star season and better 18-49 numbers than either of last season's cycles. (Those numbers may change a bit in the final nationals as the network's Pittsburgh affiliate carried the "Monday Night Football" telecast.) The "Bones" season premiere was in line with its start a year ago for FOX, and CBS' "Under the Dome" was up in its season finale.ABC scored 13.4 million viewers and an 8.6 rating/13...
