Well, thank God that’s over. Under the Dome finally ended its epic failure of a first season last night in epically failing fashion. “Curtains,” Under the Dome’s season one finale, was an episode filled of nonsensical plot developments and stupid character decisions. Essentially, “Curtains” can stand as a symbol for the painfully boring and mind-numbingly idiotic experience that was watching Under the Dome these past few months. It can also serve as a testament to TV executives that writers can make an entire season of television that makes no sense, with no compelling characters or storylines, and still have that series become a ratings hit and garner a second season order.
