Ellen Pompeo criticizes Emmys diversity: 'Grey's Anatomy' star 'really disappointed'

"Grey's Anatomy" star Ellen Pompeo was not impressed with either the diversity or the contemporary feel of the 2013 Primetime Emmy Awards. In an interview given after the awards show, the actress said she was "really disappointed" with what she saw."I didn't see any diversity in the Emmys at all. The Emmys felt so dated to me," Pompeo explained on Monday (Sept. 23). "That dance number was embarrassing.
