'Modern Family' Season 5 premiere: So the answer is yes, but what's the question?

Ever since June's historic Supreme Court ruling legalizing gay marriage in the state of California, the cast and crew of "Modern Family" had been playing coy over whether or not Mitch (Jesse Tyler Ferguson) and Cam (Eric Stonestreet) would finally tie the knot. After a promo crafted specifically to suggest an impending proposal, the Season 5 premiere (which aired Wednesday, Sept. 25) ended with an engagement.
