NCIS Season 11 Review “Anonymous Was a Woman” – Gibbs Breaks the Rules

In this episode of NCIS, called “Anonymous Was a Woman,” a case brings back memories of Mike Franks as Gibbs deals with the consequences of his earlier decisions. Meanwhile another temporary team member has Tony and McGee on their toes.

The first half of this episode was pretty good, but boy, did they ever pull out all the stops for the ending. I was already excited to see how Mike Franks was going to fit into the story and I thought it was so like him to get involved in helping women escape their country. It made perfect sense that he would do that, but it also made perfect sense that Gibbs would refuse to break the rules (his own) to help.
