'Breaking Bad's' Vince Gilligan talks 'Better Call Saul': The return of Walter White?

"Breaking Bad" creator Vince Gilligan and writer-producer Peter Gould are still working out the details of their spinoff series "Better Call Saul," but it sounds like there's a strong possibility that characters from the former show will could be part of the new one.In a profile in The Hollywood Reporter, which also delves into the flood of offers Gilligan has received since the end of "Breaking Bad," Gilligan says Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul have already asked about making guest appearances in "Better Call Saul." The show is envisioned as a prequel focusing on lawyer Saul Goodman (Bob Odenkirk), so if they were to appear, they would do so as Walter White (Cranston), frustrated high school teacher, and Jesse Pinkman (Paul), small-time drug dealer."Personally, I'd have a hard time resisting putting all these guys in for a cameo or two every now and then," Gilligan says.
