Castle Season 6 Review “A Murder is Forever”

On the latest episode of “Castle,” we finally got one of those old-school type of stories where most everyone in the main cast on the traditional crime-solving end contributes to the matter at hand in some way, with each getting their moment to shine. There was no awkward plot machinations involving Beckett (or anyone else, for that matter), no drama with Alexis, no sci-fi/fantasy elements that made you question the reality of the show, and thank the Lord, no Pi to be seen. The worst thing we had to put up with in the James Bond-sounding “A Murder is Forever” was a bit of silliness involving Beckett being unsettled by Castle’s all-seeing lion Linus painting, which was fine and inconsequential overall.
