Avatar is not ended. Read here.

Hi guys, We should write letters to Mike and Bryan as well as Paramount Pictures to make more Avatar anime series because they don't know how many fans want to watch it. Clearly Bryan and Mike are working for Paramount Pictures(PP) and PP want to make movies which will attract more paying audience i.e the adults. So if we want to get PP's attention we need to ask everyone to write to them as well as do rally/protest every where so the world knows how much we love avatar and we want more avatar anime. If any one has any addresses please let me know and I'll write to them.

Viewer2008, please send me ur email address. This is because I've made an awesome poster which will convince creators of avatar to keep making that show. I want to rally up heaps of people to get creators of Avatar the last airbender to expand that show.

Viewer 2008, I wish the creators of Avatar would read this: please create seasons and episodes continuing from the story of the last episode of book 3of Avatar the last airbender. Hundreds of my friends and I are really disappointed that book 4 starts from 70 years after book 3! All Avatar fans desire to know what happened to Aang and Katarra and the story of the new family they created together, same with Soka and his girlfriend, and if you look on the internet (forums/blogs), you will find millions of Avatar fans begging and pleading about whether Zuko finds his mum. so please, create episodes continuing from the story of the last episode of book 3 of Avatar the last airbender. Many Avatar fans have turned their backs and shunned upon 'legend of kora', its just not the same and as good as Avatar the last airbender. -sincerely, all Avatar fans.

Hello to all the fans of Avatar series out there. The legend of korra season ended with only 12 episodes and next season will be release 2013. I kind of find it little boring compare to Aang's journey but its better than nothing at all. If compared to Avatar the last air bender, it lacks humor, story twists/turns and character build up however the graphics is amazing, voice actors are fantastic. There are few good things going for this show and I will love to watch more when its out next year.

Hi guys, back after my last comment in 2008. I am such a nerd ha ha ha. But as I predicted the last airbender movie was bad and now creators are making continuation of avatar the last airbender the legend of korra. I will definitely watch it and hope its not bad like the movie only if m night shyamalan leave it alone.

I think there is more material for for a fourth book. Remember that Aang is the last airbender. Remember that when a avatar dies, he is reborn as another type of bender (ex: if avatar was a firebender he would be reborn as airbender). The Avatar must be reborn in water- earth- fire-bending and before returning to the airbender. It goes in ring so there is balance between the the four elements. With the destruction of the airbender nomads, Aang is the last airbender, and when he is gone the circle of the avatar is broken. A new plot could be for Aang to restore airbending. I see enought materials to hold a fourth book spinning around air, which would be the last book. Book four would not only hold Aangs quest to restore airbending abilities to the world, but also Zukos search for his mother. With all the villians still alive, and if Long Feng sees his oppotunity release the villians, there could be trouble up a head for Aang and his friends.

Every time I watch old episode from any avatar season, I start to feel sad and angery, asking myslef why does it have to end here. It opens old wounds and it start to hurt. I will not give up...long live avatar the last airbender.

I believe that M Night Shyamalan is responsible for killing the Avatar; the last airbender. Read "www.filmjunk.com/2007/01/09/m-night-shyamalan-to-adapt-nickelodeon-cartoon-avatar-the-last-airbender/ He took the idea of live action movie to paramount pictures who immediately accepted his proposal because it's rating was so high. Mike and Bryan would have made another season if it weren't for M Night Shyamalan and Paramount pictures. I hope their children see the show and kick their parents in leg for killing such a beautiful show.

If anyone agrees with me then please I urge you to write/email/phone/petition/protest to Mike & Bryan, Nick.com, Paramount Pictures because Book 4 has no chance of being ever created unless we do something about it.

Also the Avatar movies won't solve any questions because these movies are based on the books we already seen....Boring....but even if it did, the voices actors efforts, the animation details, the story lines creations, the background music and the over all effort put in by the avatar team can not be put in a live movie because truly it belongs to original Avatar show.

First of all please no personal & offensive comments. Thnakyou. Secondly I am a true fan of Avatar; The last Air bender and the only reason I watched them online because they did not release on DVD till 29 July. The Questions that were not answered in the Avatar series are so many that I can’t list them all here and there are so many avatar fans who want another book of avatar that you don’t have an idea. Just read “message board” on nick.com and look for “Avatar series finale comments & petition” & “*Did you feel sad when Avatar ended?*” & “Not the end?click this” etc.Never the less I will still mention few here. 1-What happened to Zuko mother? What happened to Azula after her battle with Zuko and Katara? Will Aang ever take Azula’s fire bending away because she is crazy and could hurt someone? What happened to Aang’s family before monks adopted him? How strong was the love of Aang and Katar after their kiss in the last episode as well as Zuko and Mai? Who did Toph end up with? How did Iroh travel to spirit world and why? What happened to Iroh’s wife and how did his son died in the battle? Will Kuruk ever be able to kill Koh and will Kuruk ever be able to find her wife in the spirit world? etcThese are some of the questions that were not answered and don’t try to answer them with ridiculous assumptions because one episode each can be created by answering these. People who want new angle on another book then how about “what if Koh helps Fire lord Ozai (zuko father) get his fire bending back as well as journey privileges in the spirit world to find out how to kill a avatar, in return for faces of all the people Fire lord Ozai want gone from the real world” OR may be just few more episodes of Aang vs Karata and Zuko vs Mai love triangles, certainly many episodes can be created using these questions or similar ideas. Just look at similar Cartoons and Anime which are actually abusing new ideas and dragging up to 8 or 9 seasons why can’t avatar have just one more book?

normally i'd agree that ending a show when it is still good quality is better than letting it linger and drag on. however, i feel like there is still so much more to tell to avatar than a few hour/90 min movies is going to accomplish. also, even though avatar was still going strong when book 3 ended, the finale was.... dismal IMHO. it felt rush and contrived and didn't really feel creative (besides the whole no firebending for Ozai thing). just feel like there's more to tell, i would definitely sign a petition.

It's pretty obvious they got together. There wasn't lots of unanswered questions, the only thing that was left up in the air was the whereabouts of Zuko's mother (which can easily be tackled in the upcoming movies rather than a whole new season). Shows end, might as well be realistic and I'd much rather have Avatar end while it was still great than let it linger on with episode fillers and become dull.

I guess that there could be a few things added on, maybe just seeing how everybody is getting on. However, the only question I wnat answered is if Aang and Katara get together, and you can't relly do a season on that.=]

Fine, its a US domestic cartoon happy....however the point is that it has ended with lots of un-answered questions, not to mention it left lots of bleeding hearts of many fans who wanted to see the show go a little further. Didn't you feel anything when the show ended on book three where there are many other similar shows which just don't end? Don't you want to say anything? I know I am and I will spread the word.

Err, Avatar isn't an anime. I love the show and I'd like there to be more but I really think it ended pretty well and there isn't really anything left to tell. Introducing new characters and plot would just aggravate fans as it would appear more of a spin off than a continuation.
