'Sons of Anarchy': Kurt Sutter talks prequel series set in the 60s

"Sons of Anarchy" creator Kurt Sutter has been very open in the past about his idea to do a prequel for his biker "Hamlet," once it ends after Season 7. He wants the show to focus on the origins of SAMCRO.During the "Sons for Sandy" relief event on Sunday (November 10), Sutter was again asked about the show, now that Season 6 has wrapped shooting. "I've had discussions with the network about it, and I think they are open to it," he tells People. "I think there is something really interesting about the origins of the club. And to do a period piece set in the '60s, post-Vietnam could be kind of cool."Though he's definitely working on the idea, that doesn't mean it will hit TV as soon as "Sons of Anarchy" ends, as Kurt continues, "I don't think we would dovetail and start right after the series ended, but it's something I'm potentially excited...
