TV ratings: 'SHIELD' ticks up and David Blaine special solid, but CBS wins Tuesday

Fast National ratings for Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2013CBS was as usual the runaway leader among total viewers in Tuesday's ratings, and it also scored a narrow win among adults 18-49 as "NCIS" and the rest of its lineup were fairly steady with last week. "The Voice" was off from a week ago, but it still managed to score the night's best 18-49 rating.Elsewhere Tuesday, "Agents of SHIELD" ticked up for ABC, and the network's David Blaine special scored ratings way above its fall average from 9:30 to 11 p.m. "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" was up slightly for FOX, but "Supernatural" dipped a little on The CW.CBS drew 15.45 million viewers and a 9.7 rating/15 share in households for the night, way ahead of No. 2 NBC (8.3 million, 5.3/8).
