A question...

This has been bothering me fore a while.

Since the beginning of season 4, actually...

It seems to be that the new team is getting, I don't know, more development than the old team ever got. It's gotten so bad, that I am sick of 13 and Taub.

Why can't it be the same for the old team? To be more specific, Cameron?

I have always found her to be, quite possibly, the most fascinating character in the show. Since the beginning I, along with House, have been struggling to figure her out. Really, everyone else is pretty easy, but her. I don't know. I find her to be an incredibly strong female character which I love. I don't think Cuddy is strong. Sure, she doubts herself which is human, but I don't look at her as a strong woman considering the fact that she's all jelly around House. I've lost a lot of respect for her.

But, the utter neglecting of Cameron's development or any real background on her is getting frustrating. Why bother bringing up her past if your not going to explore it...ever?

Am I the only one who thinks this?

actually, i think we know alot about cameron. she is a emotionally dependent yet strong willed woman. she married a man she knew was dyeing (theres been discussions over if it was out of love or pity), fell in love with his best friend but never cheated. she tries desperately to make herself (and the world) live up to her romanticized values of justice and love, despite occasional hypocritical actions in those fields.

I like the new team. I think that we know WAY too much about cameron and chase. I men I noticed that Cameron and Chase know already how house is going to screw with them and house knows how Cameron and Chase is going to react to his prank. It wouldn't be any fun any more. Plus he already taught them everything he could. Honestly tough I like the new team better. Cameron and Chase got on my nerves but I am fine with them being secondary characters. if Camreon and Chase were still there it would get boring.
