'The Voice' Recap: Two Coaches Bring Top 3 Singers to the Finale

Cee Lo Green has a friend on the outside now. Tuesday night's elimination episode of The Voice not only revealed which three singers would compete for the championship next week, but also pushed another coach out of the competition.

With no Instant Save to wait for, the first elimination sent James Wolpert packing, after singing U2's "With or Without You" on . Though accurately predicted by #VoiceSave – the only upside of the very alienating Twitter experiment – Wolpert's leave also marked Adam Levine's first loss of the season's top 12, making him the first coach to have three singers in the top five.

Also sent home was Cole Vosbury, the final contestant of Blake Shelton's team. While he didn't take the title, he settled well into his artistic sound when performing Garth Brooks' rendition of Billy Joel's "Shameless" the night before.
