Demi Lovato comes clean about her former cocaine habit. The 21-year-old X Factor judge recently opened up to Access Hollywood about the shocking extent of the drug addiction that made her hit "rock bottom" at just 19. "I couldn't go 30 minutes to an hour without cocaine," she reveals. "I would bring it on airplanes." The 'Heart Attack' singer has since sobered up, saying "I've stuck to it because it's made my life so much better."
