Almost Human delivered another strong episode as it heads into a two-week break. Though the support cast did drift into the background this week, which I imagine will by necessity happen from time to time, "Arrhythmia" presented one of the more intriguing cases of the week to date, while propelling the central plot and storylines forward.

Though we've seen hints of the imagined world, that element of the series hasn't been fully explored yet. We'll likely see more and more of this version of 2048 LA as the episodes progress, but this week's opening sequence introduced us to two aspects of the society that we hadn't really seen yet: class and health. On the whole, "Arrhythmia" did a solid job of providing a snapshot of healthcare in this universe wherein those who have, are granted the finest care, those who do not are treated to faulty virtual doctors.
