I though that Knight Rider was already 100% cancelled and that Heroes is safe. Is that true?

I really think tv execs have gotten sick-of/immune-to petitions and having junk mass-mailed to them.
You want to see a show return : Watch it on TV.And especially with a show like Prison Break or Hroes that's been around awhile : buy the dvds.
They want shows that bring in the money, that's what'll save em'.

I started watching Privileged and Starter Wife but couldn't get past the first four episodes of each show, usually that means they're not that good.I agree with freetv22, if people watched those show they wouldn't be cancelled. Cancelation means people aren't enjoying, which means less ratings and less brands buying publicity spaces during that shows, which leads to less money for excecutives and cancellation for the show. If you like a show, then watch it. I'm sorry, but executives don't measure ratings by signatures on petitions.

Problem is that many of the shows aren't being realized for their video download and online watching interest. Many of the popular shows today aren't as popular with the groups of people who still watch TV rather than doing so online.
Heck, I don't even subscribe to my cable service anymore since I can watch all the shows I need to online legally (thank you Hulu) or once on DVD with Netflix.

I agree get rid of heroes!! it was good for the first couple of season, then it became boring.. samething over and over and over again.. we get it you have super powers.. so what!!
stuff like kath and kim shod be kept on, as they are true entertainment.. when you sit down from a hard days work.. you dont want stuff that makes ur mind hurt.. u need silly comedy to lighten things up..
make more comedies.. its better for everyone..

I still need to finish season 3 of Heroes. There's just something missing now that makes me want to keep watching.. If they can make it interesting again I'd love to see more, otherwise I don't mind if there won't be another season to be honest. The show really needs something new in it.

i only really cared for 3 of the shows on the list above. and even then i only watch one of those on tv. there are good american tv shows but they are a dying breed. it seems that after the first two seasons 3 seasons MAX a show just becomes old and drags it's ass. not everybody wants to come home from work to be bored to death by a storyline involving some light shallow comedy. or involving megarich prep kids and their drama. i have to deal with mindless nitpick drama biatches all day why waste another hour on it. or worse "reality" tv jesus.
i love criminal minds(getting predictable but i love the show all the same), life (so sad it got the chop), The Mentalist(patrick jane XD do i need to say more), Eleventh Hour(great show that i heard got the ax... typical -__-), Burn Notice, Bones(this seasons finale was such a load of shite), Big Bang Theory, Castle(great new series), Lie to Me (another great new series), NCIS(the spinoff is going to be worse then the CSI spinoffs i can feel it), Firefly (cancelled by execs who are retards and by viewers who wanted to watch the real world or big brother instead of quality scifi)
i believe execs look at dvd sales, netflicks (probably) and maybe hulu numbers. junk mail probably doesn't even make it past the lowest level toady. i buy season dvds of tv shows when i can afford it which isn't often and i use netflicks alot.
the good tv shows with substance and talented actors and good writers should NOT be axed. most of the tv shows listed i have tried them out with one episode and i can't say i'd willingly watch another ever again.

you cant say get rid of heroes just because you dont like it. Other people do! Keep Heroes and Chuck alive!!

I love dollhouse and kyle it's easier for those execs to only monitor the ratings from tv but seriously, they need to get with the times. I for one watch online simply because i Have to! I work during the times my favourite shows are on. It's not my fault that tv and my work schedule don't agree. they need to hire staff to screen how many shows are being viewed and/or downloaded online. Because that's how things are NOW.

HEY!!! You dont like heroes then dont watch it bt apparently the person who wrote this up did or else they wouldnt have mentioned it!! heroes is the deepest piece of art i have ever seen and if u want to continue dissing it and eating up crap shows with no meaning like one tree hill or whatever the fuck it is thats on your tv screen then fine bt that isnt any of anyone's business. Just leave the page if u hate it too much and dont sign the petition!!
btw...i totally am signing the petition
