TV ratings: State of the Union doesn't earn many viewers Tuesday

Fast National ratings for Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2014The primetime landscape was dominated by the 2014 State of the Union address, with the majority of viewers choosing to watch it on CBS, thanks to a rerun of "NCIS."
