'The Big Bang Theory' recap: It's Sheldon vs. a dining room table in 'The Table Polarization'

Season 7 of "The Big Bang Theory" has been a one of transformation for Sheldon Cooper (Jim Parsons) -- only you better not tell him that.In Thursday's (Feb. 27) episode of the CBS comedy, something as innocuous as purchasing a dining room table for the apartment so everyone can stop eating their meals off their laps proves too much for the touchy nerd to handle. The set-up is quite simple: Group dinners are growing uncomfortable, what with the limited space and all. A change is suggested: Buy a table to fit perfectly into that cluttered space in the apartment no one ever uses. The problem: Sheldon doesn't like change.Except, what Sheldon's failed to realize is that he's been slowly changing all along. As Leonard (Johnny Galecki) points out when his roommate blames Penny (Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting) for changing Leonard enough that he defied Sheldon and bought the table anyway, Sheldon's slowly changed just the same -- thanks...
