TV ratings: 'The Voice' stays strong Monday, 'How I Met Your Mother' dips

Fast National ratings for Monday, March 3, 2014"The Voice" put up strong ratings Monday night, retaining nearly all of its premiere audience from a week ago and leading NBC to a sweep of the night.
