Wow

this episode was really great, i can't wait for the next one, which will be the first full episode featuring mark smith as the doctor, sorry to see david go from the show, but yeah, there is still hope, as smith seemed to share some of david's quirks, or whatever you call them

can't wait till they start sending the next season, it's gonna be really cool, hope donna will join doctor as his companion, and maybe someone else aswell, like some of the old doctors had more than one companion

so, any news on when the next season will be airing yet, anyone who liked or didn't like this episode? (end of time part 2, as it was labeled here)

wonder what will happen to the show if smith ever leaves it, and if the doctor will regenerate or something similar once more after that

nice, can't wait to watch it, it's kinda late atm, though, so i will save it till tomorrow, or after i get back from celebrating mini x-mas at dad's place, as im not sure what time they are picking me up at yet, because nobody told me, heh btw, the ice-warriors were also in the fire and ice episode of doctor who 2009, the fanmade series, which was decent enough, at least watchable

It's a trailer for the new season. And the Daleks were in there. Also, the Weeping Angels are back, which makes me want to squeal like a little girl.

yeah, i just noticed similarities, but hey, like they said in the original series, the doctor sometimes keeps parts of his personality when he regenerates, while sometimes he can change totally, so who knows, maybe he just hadn't come to terms with his regeneration yet

Wasn't really a huge fan of the plot. Kinda seemed a little too... kitchy. I really thought they could have done much more with the Master. Instead they just played around with green screens and filled the screen with multiples of John Simm. The whole Time Lords thing just.. didn't really do anything for me. Haven't really seen the original series, so I guess I don't really have the right to complain.. but.. I'm going to anyway. The Doctor telling us that Gallifrey is "Hell" and then looking very scared.. ... sorry, that just didn't do it for me. At least I know why I should be afraid of the Daleks, or the Master. But.. a former James Bond in a funny robe just doesn't do it for me.That aside, I liked seeing all the former companions, and I liked seeing the Doctor coming to terms with his death (even if it did seem a little long and drawn out in comparison to Eccleston's death), but I wasn't crazy about what I saw from Smith. Call me crazy, but I don't think the 11th Doctor should be the 10th Doctor. I would like to see as marked a change between the 11th Doctor and the 10th Doctor as there was between the 9th Doctor and the 10th Doctor. ... and as I haven't seen the original series, I can't comment on 1 through 9. But.. yeah.. that whole bit of the Doctor being terrified of death is just going to seem really lame if the 11th Doctor is the same as the 10th, with the only difference being his physical persona.
