honestly, i just want the Marian character to return.
there were rumors that Lucy Griffiths was on to bigger and better things, so even if they replace her that would be fine with me
You can't have Robin Hood w/o Marian.. its like rewriting a well known legend, its ridiculous!!

I highly doubt that Marian's character would be the same with a different actress. The material, of course, would be the same, but actors and actresses have their own style of acting. If they got a new girl to play Marian, her style would be entirely different from Lucy's despite the same material. THings would not be the same at all.

after reading what people have to say on different forums alot of things point to marian's death being faked, if its not and she just comes back to life then its too much since the same thing was done at the end of season one when ppl thought that she had died. my fingers are crossed at she will be coming back next season but im beginning to think that wish might not come true.

Although I LOVED the show (the D being put on that word when Marian DIED) I almost wish they'd stop. They made a huge mistake in the death of Marian, and they should let it rest (and let Marian rest in peace) and move on to other programs. However, if they pull some awkward stunt to say Marian is still alive, I'll grudgingly accept it because of my love of the show. They may just use Lucy Griffiths in dream sequences or something smiliar, though.

i agree i love the show and im realy hoping they pull this of.i would love it if marian is still alive just as long as they keep the plot belieavable.that faked theory isent too bad.

ok so i hope with everything i have that Marian is alive!!what is a legend w/out his love come on!!you know when Robin tells Will to take care of "her" well the real question is what in the world did "jack" say to Robin that made him smile. in my opinion i thought that Robin was a little to calm when Marian died. Maybe she is dead maybe not. We can only hope and wait to see what they do. Maybe he was just happy that in the end he got Marian for himself and not Guy. Who knows.I'm just hoping! I can't wait for S3 to start!

I admit, that I think it's a shame if Marian not going to return. She kind of one of the most important persons in the show!
I agree, you can't just kill of Marian, the love of his life.
I know it's not the same, but it should be - in ALL the films there have been made of Robin Hood, both Marian and Robin ends up together.
I hope that's what we are going to see in season 3. As for the way I wan't her to return - i don't care. i just wan't her back in the show!
IF she is dead, I just "hate" Lucy Griffith, you can't start on a show like that, and then suddenly in the middle, deside that you wan't to do someting else. I think that's what many actors do lately, and that is a shame to the world of TV shows!
