Awkward Season 4 Review “My Personal Statement”

We’re nearing the end of Jenna Hamilton’s senior year on Awkward, and it wouldn’t be the same without her usual blend of needlessly complicated love life, embarrassing encounters and a mean girl messing with her head. The difference between Eva and Sadie is that as least Sadie was a bitch in an upfront way – Eva has taken the sneaky, frenemy approach.

Thank god Jenna didn’t fall for her act though, if for no other reason than it will mean Matty almost certainly won’t end the season still in her clutches. I don’t necessarily want him and Jenna back together, it just wouldn’t feel right after all they’ve been through this season, but their time on the rebound is clearly nearing an end. Luke might still be flavour of the week but the cracks are already showing there too.
