I'm looking forward to this because it looks like it won't be another typical detective show! Also, Matthew Bomer!

It looks like a sequel to Catch Me if You Can, picking up with the arch enemies/soulmates working together (ish). Plus, the star is so good looking I kinda hate him (mainly on Chuck's behalf). What's not to like?

I'm looking forward to this show because it seems likie a brand new idea that has yet to be done. In today's day and age, it's hard to find a fresh new idea for a show, and I think this show will be executed rather well.

My fiancee and I are so excited to see this! Especially since Monk is in its last season (BOO!) I knew that Matthew Bomer would end up getting some kind of TV cred for his awesomeness on my favorite show CHUCK!! And Willie Garson is hysterical!! Between this cast, a true "good cop/bad cop/hot cop/hot chick/funnyguy story, and the USA network.....we are all in for a great season!!! We'll be tuning in!!!

Ive looking forward to White Collar because it looks like a great show mixed with the drama and mystery of a cop show but with the refreshing addition of humor (mostly between Neal and Peter) and the suave of designer clothes, expensive cars, beautiful women and white collar crime. Essentially a gourmet meal for the eyes :D

It's on USA, so it's pretty much automatically exciting, but I'm also excited to see how Matt Bomer does as something other than Eliza Dushku's eyecandy or the ex best friend. Plus con men and cops and everything nice.

Catch Me if You Can is one of my favorite movies. To be able to watch an entire tv show of something like this? I'll definitely be giving this show a try.

I'm looking forward to White Collar because it's another of the awesome shows on the USA Network, in the line of Burn Notice and Royal Pains - so I know the writing's going to be good. Like those two shows, I expect it to keep me hooked and have strong character development.

Loved Matthew Bomer in the short lived Traveler and who isn't glad to have Kelly Kapowski back on screen? Also looking forward to the relationship dynamic! USA has been on a roll!

USA hasn't made a show yet that I don't enjoy, their track record alone could be reason enough for me to check it out, but add in the cast? It's a sure thing. Bomer seems made for the role, and the writing looks stellar.

i am looking forward to White Collar because it is on the USA Network, everything on that channel is utterly amazing, from Monk to Law & Order CI to Psych. But that is really just a secondary reason that i am eagerly awaiting the premier tomorrow night. The main reason i am rescheduling my life for Friday night is because White Collar appears to have an extremely creative plot and stellar cast. An FBI task force against white-collar crime is not an especially innovative scenario, but to throw in the idea of one of their own catching the criminals... exceptional! That is why i am going to love White Collar and why i already love USA network.

I first heard about White Collar several months ago, and when I discovered the premise of the show, I was definitely intrigued. While there are many police shows on tv, not many are shown from the perspective of the prisoners, nor are they dramatic and comedic at the same time. I have been looking forward to White Collar since the moment I learned about it, and now that it premieres tomorrow night, I truly look forward to amazing acting by Matthew Bomer, Tim DeKay and Tiffani Thiessen, a wonderful script, and a truly exciting plot line.

I love USA Network shows (Psych, Royal Pains, Burn Notice) so I know what to expect. Good comedy in combination with dramatic interludes makes a good TV!! White Collar seems to have all of the above plus Tiffani Thiessen!

I just caught the premiere and I truly enjoyed it. It was clever with just enough humor. It gave viewers a brief hint of back story, and kept a sense of sophistication throughout the episode. Overall it left me wanting to watch more. I have high hopes for USA's new series.

Exhilarating is just a word that does not even begin to describe the feelings I'm experiencing at the moment after JUST watching the premier! My heart has never raced so hard during an ENTIRE show! This show is definitely going to be the next great hit, and to have it come from the tv station that brought Royal Pains is simply another bonus!
The beginning sequence of events were, for me, one of the most intense scenes. After realizing that he was escaping, my heart almost jumped out of my chest and started running a 5K on its own. And then the sudden pain of learning that he'd lost his "Kate" brought be back to reality. The contrast of emotions and feelings--three letters W. O. W!
And, oh my god!, the serendipitous events that lead to the capture of the first white collar criminal simply amazes me. Another thing to love about the show is the quirky comments that Peter Burke always adds to a scene--one that is sure never to dies is, "How many of you went to Harvard?!" That brings a smile to my face along with the intensity and height of Neal's intelligence astounds me. The entire "Canadian fiber of a $100 bill" blew my mind. Plus I find Neal's living arrangements hysterical because of Peter Burke's obvious jealousy. Burke's personal life also added a touch of reality bringing it down from borderline impossible!
The only downside? I caught this show early on and I have to WAIT each week for more!!! This is going to be such a great season! I can't wait!!!

So good! It's nice to have a police show that isn't all about violent crime (even Psych, which is comedic, has a lot of homicide). After the way he solved the first case (hehe, exigent circumstances), I'm looking forward to many more Matt Bomer hijinks!

It'll be great to see Tim DeKay once more after the cancellation of Carnivale. And the interaction between the cast, particularly Tim's and Matt's characters is going to be priceless to watch (if the pilot was any indication).

I'm looking forward to White Collar because I love well written crime fighting/mystery solving shows that play off of the whole "bad guy turned good" ideal. After seeing the first episode I am even more excited for this show! It is the perfect mix of mystery and heart. I think it was cast excellently and you instantly fall in love with the characters and Neal's ability to get himself out of every situation with his cunning and skills...his sex appeal doesn't hurt either ;). Also, I think the show is written really well, in a way that has you laughing with the characters wit, not at their stupidity or silly slap-stick humor. You really want Neal and Peter to succeed and solve the crimes (which is what draws you in) and then their love/hate relationship keeps you coming back for more. I see this show being huge and cannot wait for the rest of the episodes!

Funny and witty, hope it stays that way.

After having seen both the first and second episodes of White Collar, I definitely plan on continuing to watch this excellent television show. While trying to solve crimes the intelligent connections that the characters are able to make is intrinsically pleasing, as well as the subtle (and not-so-subtle) humor. While White Collar cannot really be called a police show, as it deals in viewpoints and connections from the other side of the law, this is one of the very first times that I have seen a show such as this that I am interested in. Not only because it puts the 'bad guys' behind bars, but because there are undertones in the lives of the characters that simply allows you to have faith in humanity. While my previous statement may seem rather redundant seeing as I am describing a show about catching criminals, I am not necessarily discussing that particular aspect of the show. What I am describing is the parts of the characters that allows you to connect with them on a basic level: their humanity. You are able to see it while watching Elizabeth and Peter banter with each other, yet being able to detect the love that they share. And seeing Neil put on a brave face, yet privately weeping for his lost love. She has 'betrayed' him by being forced to give his wealth to another man, yet he does not have a cruel word to say about her. Instead, he uses his resources to try and discover where she has hidden herself. Not to mention an ultimate act of love: breaking out of a super-maximum security prison to try and win back her love before she leaves him forever. So you see it is not only the banter of colleagues, and the ingenuity of the plot and script, it is the life that the actors are able to bring on to the screen; to be able to show just how truly human they are, even though we only see them through a television set.

I have not been this interested in a new television show in a LONG time. White Collar has been FANTASTIC so far and it is because the show has greatness going on.
1. GREAT actors. They're pretty awesome. Matthew Bomer and Tim DeKay are quite talented and make the characters of Neal and Peter very likable. All of the subtle things that Peter portrays on screen make him a cop you want to root for. They could easily be a pair of guys who bumble and fumble through cases and grate on each others (as well as our) nerves, but they have fantastic chemistry which makes the show both interesting and fun. Even Tiffani Thiessen (formerly known as Kelly Kapowski) does a great job of being the loving wife.
2. GREAT writing. The dialogue is quick and witty without being trite. The characters are likable. The situations are interesting. Kudos to everyone behind the scenes of the show!
USA Network has got gold on their hands with White Collar. I'll definitely continue to tune in!

I finally got the chance to watch both episodes, and I have to say that I'm impressed! The pilot especially was neat and stylish, and the actors really gave it their all. At first I thought it would be one of those shows where you root for Neal and laugh at everyone he successfully one-ups, but Peter and Elizabeth have really won me over as a realistic, down-to-earth duo who are sweet and pragmatic at the same time.

I adore Whitecollar! I just love Neal's classic rat pack style and I love the way he looks when he is concentrating on his con man past. I also just love how much he cares for his wife but most of all I can't wait for more and more banter between Peter and Neal. They are just soooo fun together. I look forward to Friday so much. Its quickly becoming my favorite day of the week, for other reasons besides the upcoming weekend.

I saw the first two episodes, and to be honest, I'm really really hooked. It's been a while since I've seen a decent thief/police show that isn't derivative. For that matter, there's been a rather dearth of good adventuresque shows.Heck, even a lessening of great shows.
Thankfully, all those conditions are met here. I'm excited that Matthew Bomer/Bryce Larkin has a spotlight of his own. And he's pretty good with it too - I love his slick style (especially his attire - what a slick dude. Wish I could be like that!)
As a plus, it's a witty show. I've seen too many shows that try to be witty and end up cheesy. And somehow it actually feels more "real" than other shows that strive to be real. The acting is simply superb.
Let's say I favorited the show when I read about it before it aired, and kept it there after I saw it.

I was really looking forward to White Collar because I'm already hooked on other USA shows: burn notice, Psych and Royal Pains. Its nice to know that USA didn't disappoint. They have shows with simple concepts but can still make them enjoyable and exciting. The plot with a con artist helping an FBI agent is a nice new partnership change with a "bad guy" helping the "good guy". The character storyline is very promising with a mystery of Neal's girl beginning at the end of the second episode. Also the relationship Neal has with Peter provides a bit of comic relief throughout the whole show with Neal's constant witty comments to Peter. Lastly Neal reminds me of Michael from burn notice with their own style making them stand out and look real suave (makes me want to dress up like them). I knew I was going to like this show; In my book, USA leads in having the best tv series out of all the networks.

I've been watching the show for the past two weeks, and am looking forward to tomorrow night! I like how good the main characters are at their jobs (no frustration for the viewer) and Neal's mix of comedy, slyness, and intelligence really make the show for me. Plus, the crime that they have shown is done tastefully, without any cringe-inducing shocking scenes.

Nov 6, 2009 5:22AM EST

I'm looking forward to White Collar because I harbor secret hopes that the main character will pop out of my television and make sweet sweet love to me. I also like crime solving shows and con movies, but I admit the love making thing is the main attraction.

Nov 6, 2009 4:10PM EST

I love White Collar because Matt Bomer is just adorable in this. I love the chemistry he has with Tim DeKay; it just makes their banter very smooth and believable. Though I really do wish we'd get more of Marsha Thomason in the future.

I'm looking forward to White Collar because it is the GREATEST show!!! Its one of those shows where waiting one week for a new episode feels like a year. I love the sense of comraderie between the characters, the humor, and matt bomer's eyes, of course! Its the best part of my week :)

Let me just say that White Collar is everything I need. It's a show with style, sophistication, little quirks, and a lot of brains. Neal is a man that everyman wishes he could be. He is like the modern day James Bond that normal men can become. He isn't fake and the show seems genuinely real world. I LOVE IT!
