Friday Night Lights' Status:
Friday Night Lights fans have helped keep FNL alive through Save FNL efforts, so let's keep it going as it's still in need of saving for another season!
FNL's 3rd season has aired on DirectTV, but what's counting in keeping FNL around is the numbers now that it's airing on NBC.
Here's the scoop from E!Online on how the premiere did on NBC:
It stayed in the game. It ran fourth in the 9 p.m. hour in viewers, but only finished about 300,000 viewers out of second place, per Nielsen estimates as reported by Mediaweek. In the 18-49 demographic, it tied for second with ABC's Supernanny.
