The Office: What was your favorite "Dinner Party" moment?

Ah, so amazing to have The Office back!!

From the ridiculous and hilarious return episode, "Dinner Party," what was your favorite Office moment of the night?

* Pam and Jim's AWKWARD tour of Michael and Jan's condo.

* Jim's fake apartment flood and his attempt to leave even without Pam.

* Jan and Michael's outrageous cut-it-with-a-knife tension, "babe."

* Jan's "girl trip" to the kitchen where she dropped the bomb that Michael's said he and Pam dated!

* Dwight CRASHING the dinner party with a creepy old lady date and extra wine glasses, leading to a discussion about Michael's three visectamies... yeeah.

* Angela: "The thought of popping your beets into my mouth makes me want to vomit."

* Michael whispering that Jan may have poisoned the food and Pam's concern Jan may try to poison her, "Michael's former lover."

* Michael busting out his very neon beer sign leading to the inevitable "that's what she said" moment.

* The cops showing up... to a dinner party... and in the explanation, yeah, that's right.

A Dundee was used.

* Dwight: "Michael, you're sleeping with me."

* Jim and Pam hanging out in a parking lot eating burgers and listening to the stolen CD of Jan's weirdo ex-assistant.

OH, what a night. My favorite has to go to Jim and Pam's short though adorable post-dinner party burger dinner. I've missed those kids far too much to love any other moment more!

My favorite, personally, was Michael's obsession with his microscopic flat screen TV (which cost him $200!!). The neon beer sign was a close second, though. I loved the entire episode - I thought that The Office was back in tip-top shape (this may have even been my favorite episode of the season), and it was really fun to see a whole new level of absurdity outside of the actual office.

My favourite moment had to be when Jim came up with the excuse that his condo flooded and how Pam wouldn't let him go without him.

Ha - great moments! I almost forgot about that "okay afterbirth" gem there. I love when they make jokes like that and just take a second for them to soak in then move on. It's a great balance between the big, ridiculous moments and more subtle ones like that.

My favorite part is always Jim's facial expressions to every occurance. From the tour to Dwight showing up at the party.

Yeah, I loved this episode. My gf was wondering what was wrong with me... i was laughing so hard thru the entire show. Every scene had a hilarious moment. Michael's little bed. Jan's dancing to Hunter's cd. Angela's reaction to Michael's hug. Jan's dependence on her candles to calm her down. Plus, Michael dipping his meat into his wine glass, and getting upset because Jan is insensitive to his sensitive teeth...(awesome). Also, when Dwight's date says about the beat salad, "its actually really good", he spouts out a "Hey, Hey, Hey!", then when she says she's going to go home, he says "fine, get outta here!". (too much i tell ya). There were still so many funny moments, but those were a few of my fav's. I can't wait til next Thursday already.

Another one of my favorite parts in the show was Jan's retelling of Michael crashing through the sliding glass door because he heard the ice cream truck. Also, I loved how psychotic Jan seemed when she was telling Jim and Pam about her candles. I think this episode rocked!

I second csaxrulz' thoughts...Michael's "that's was she said," at that particular moment, really summarizes his character's way of being: as words often fail him, what Michael actually says is least import; what matters is the sentiment he expresses.

It was hilarious in all, but the very best moment was during the credits when you see Dwight, in true dwight style, drop his date off at the homeless shelter and drive away quickly.

i really really love all the subtle things about the characters and I definitely think Angela's comments were the best. When Michael tried to hug here and she was just like "no", and then Andy gave her a rose and she said "what am I supposed to do with this", and then she smashed ice cream on the side of Andy's car. Ahhhhh the office is so good, I can't wait for tomorrow's!

I liked Jan dancing with Jim as he sat on the couch as well as the video cam left out in the bedroom. 'I thought you we're going to tidy up', Jan said to Michael. Jan's sexual deviance and Michael's submission to it, is a great undertone in their relationship. I was just waiting for Jan to pull out the key bowl for some old fashion swinging.

My favourite was in the bedroom, when Jim says "That's a nice bench you've got there." And Michael says that's where he sleeps. Jim points out it's a little narrow and Michael curls up on it.

I have never laughed so hard at any single thing I've ever seen on television as I did when Michael was talking about his vasectomies. "You have no idea the physical toll that three vasectomies have on a person!" I started crying. My other favorites were Jan scolding Michael for leaving the video camera out that was pointing to their bed, followed by the quick cut to Pam, Angela smashing her ice cream into Andy's car, and the charades game. Oh, and I also loved how Hunter's song was so blatantly about having sex with Jan, but no one seemed to notice.

I loved it all...my favourite episode!! The 'oaky afterbirth' was hilarious..so was Angela not wanting to pop Dwight's beets into her mouth anymore...but, I was watching episodes from past seasons (waiting for the new episode to come out) and in season 2, Jan and her husband got DIVORCED because she wanted children and he didnt...and now she's making Michael get vasectomies because she doesn't wanna bring children into this messed up world...kinda made me feel sad for Michael...but still a great episode!
