ABC Family's original modern fairytale, Princess premieres Sunday, April 20th at 8/7c!
Princess stars Kip Pardue (Remember the Titans) and Nora Zehetner (Everwood and Heroes). William Humphries (Pardue) is down on his luck in his search for finding the right place for himself in life when he goes to stay with a friend and his wife in New York.
William attends a charity event with his friend after becoming intrigued by the story of New York's own princess, Princess Ithaca (Zehetner) who is only seen once a year, and is never seen outside of her castle.
William meets the princess and is completely taken with her, and she is taken with something he says as well, though he has no idea why. His fascination leads William to pretend to be someone he's not to get to know Ithaca, taking him down a path that only gets more and more mysterious as he gets a glimpse here and there of bizarre happenings at her castle.
While Princess isn't the hit movie of the year, it is a beautifully made and told modern fairytale that certainly is a must-watch for any family with kids or adults who love to expand their imaginations and experience the possibilities of "real life" magic.
Princess shows just how magical life can be in the real world with just a little touch (or a big touch in the film) of belief, love, and all those things we believe could only exist in fairytales.
The movie is a perfect Sunday night movie that tells an endearing story, keeping the mystery veiled and intriguing until just the right moment when it opens up into the world of wonder every fairytale needs to give viewers the magic and adventure that makes this kind of movie so wonderful to enjoy.
Don't miss out on the latest modern fairytale perfect for children and adults alike! Catch Princess on ABC Family, Sunday at 8/7c.
