Aw, I loved "Arrested Development". It's funny, 'cause now I'm constantly seeing actors from that show in many movies (ex. "Hancock", "Juno", "Tropic Thunder", etc.).

Buffy wasn't cancelled, it was not renewed by Fox, went to UPN and then after a few seasons Joss Whedon and Sarah Michelle Gellar decided it was finished, not cancelled!!!

FireFly was a good series but made an even better movie. I would like to see another one. I did not watch Buffy for the first 3 seasons because from the commercials and the stupid looking monsters. I thought it was stupid. But it came on after one other show I watched at one time, and it would play in the back ground till I got around to changing the channel. I started watching it by accident. It was the magnificent Writing and Drama. That ended up turning me into a Buffy Fanatic. One More I would like to add to this list is Dead Like Me. Love that show. You can't just watch one episode and get it. Watching a girl learn how to live life and love her family. Only after she dies. It hurt to watch it end. The dead like me movie is coming out next year

I really am one of the biggest Sci-Fi geeks on this site probably, and I was the biggest V fan, thanks in large part to Mark Singer, whether the series or the mini-series. Firefly was one of the best series I've ever watched...it was so innovative. I can't wait for Dollhouse. I think you could add Invasion to the list. the last 3-4 episodes weren't very good since they were just wrapping everything up. Had they been given time to play the show out, i think the ending would have been better. But, I was really scared about those under water-lit bodies. Creepy!

You know, I loved buffy to bits...but I don't feel like it was canceled so much as finished. It only had so far to go and it went there - for seven seasons. And it ended quite satisfactorily. But yes, Firefly and Freaks and Geeks do feel like a blow. Hmm...yep. As well as Wonderfalls - I'll give you that one.

Awww....Jake 2.0 was adorable. In fact, I'm surprised that more comparisons haven't been made between that and Chuck, of which I just realized there are quite a few similarities in premise...Also wanted to make a shoutout to Wonderfalls...another canceled too soon adorable little series whose main character definitely could be classified as a geek.
