im actually love izzie and alex together, alex is oblivisly growing and honestly after the whole izzie and george fiasco nothing could get worse. I hate the alex and the girl who keeps coming back story line, its old. And Izzie character is up to nothing, so Izzie and Alex is perfect to me.

izzie is far too good for alex. honestly, her and george are the only ones who always have good intentions, they just get pissed on by everyone else. Alex is a idiot for messing up the chance he had with her before and george is too gay for her.

Izzie needs to find a new man...not alex and definitely not george...i guess between the two of them alex is a better match...but seriously...neither of them r really good enough for izzie...and she's been kinda invisible for the last several episodes since the whole george fiasco...so something new needs to happen to her and fast!! also, bring addison back...i love her!

I hope and wish that Burke is commin bakc next season...he has to! since he s gone the show went down...specially with George still in it!!!!!!!!i was asking myself why he had to get the big part this season anyway....nobody really cares about his character so much.....and honestly Izzy and George??? aaaaawww please that was most stupid idea to do he should ve stayed with kelly!!!!!!!!and now we have seen the 4th season and merideth still isnt getting along with mcdreamy....the first three seasons have been really great but the 4th is bullshit,i think the reason why i still watch it is just cause i hope everything turnes out the right way....but i all i do now is get upset....lol..lol..lol ;o) maybe someone is thinkin the same way

I love Alex and Izzie together. They are meant to be and Alex was his best when he was with her. I really want to see them as a couple again the only reason they didn't work out the last time was because of Denny (who was also great) but Alex got heartbroken when Izzie chose Denny over him so I want them to try again.And I agree about the whole Meredith and Mcdreamy thing...we get that shes damaged but could she get over herself ans at least try to be happy? It's getting ridiculous at this point

I would rather see them both ending with ppl out side the hospital.
