MY vote goes out to Ned Chuck and Monk of course Monk no one can be and has been quirkier than monk

Can I nominate Olive Snooks from Pushing Daisies? I think she's wayyy quirkier than Ned, and completely adorable! Doing a really good job on the show =D

What about Ghost whisperer?

My vote goes out whole-heartedly to Ned from Pushing Daisies. Not only does he have a special secret ability (of waking the dead for only a minute XD ) but no one could be more pathetically cute in his wounded puppy-dog way. I nominate in second place, whole-heartedly, Kyle from Kyle XY -- his innocence is compelling whilst he also has the coolest ability of all: being capable of doing anything because he uses a larger percentage of his brain. Don't you just love the new trend of sci-fi television? I wish this trend would last ^^--Nicky

i vote for Ned too, for the same reasons vesilber1389 did, and Shawn Spencer from psych just because he's so obnoxiously funny

What about Harry Dresden from the Dresden Files?
| 18:53 EDT, 15 Oct, 2008
My vote goes to Dexter.

CHARLIE CREWS!!!! He's endearingly super-quirky AND a well-developed character. Ned gets a close second, though.

To all yous out there:#1 Ned (most awkward/cute)#2 Shawn (funniest)#3 Dexter (most interesting)Thats so completely obvious!! :K

Definitely John Amsterdam! He's so cool:P

Oh yes, Dresden's pretty cool too! So sad his show got cancelled =(

OK you asked for QC's not on the list...note how many of these are canceled...here goes: Farscape- because most of the weeping sensitivity and friendship issues were in the male characters while the females were just toughDead like me- especially MasonHighlander- Duncan MacLeod, not just because he can live forever if he keeps his head about him, but because he's a hero and good guy even though he keeps killing off his trustworthy best friends whenever he's in the moodFirefly-I would have watched (and loved) it before it was canceled if it wasn't always advertised as just a futuristic westernPretender- the grown-up KyleXYSupernatural- Dean, and I like the realistic portrayal of AngelsDexter-a good guy doing bad things or a bad guy doing good thingsRed Green Show- especially Red's inventions (way better than MacGyver)
