The new chick

Ok, she was kind of funny in her first episode, but since then, she has just been annoying and doesn't add anything to the show. I want her to go the way of Carter's sister quick: exit stage left and do not pass go.

naw, they're setting her up to be carter's prospect after alison essentially became a single mother. honestly, i dont think she's gonna turn to carter for a father figure what with the real father being a self-sacrificing/genius/hero and all ('sides, i don't think nate's dead, i think he's frozen in a single point in time. check it, it fits, no contradictions), so that mean's carter's gotta move on. now, wether shes gonna stick after that plays out i donno, i mean, he didn't end up with the dry cleaning chick either. i wanna see her duke it out with zane before she goes though (i think the ex-criminal vs. the renegade battle of the geniuses/ section 5 vs. product development would be a good episode)

i feel her character has some merit and the writers should persist with this current relationship between carter and tess he must move on from dr blake i know the f the divergent timeline episode was at the end of season one where we were able to see what the future held for the two with carter stopping henry from saving kim he changed the course of the future carter now needs to establish a different happy present for his and zoes benefit one unanswered question i would like someone to answer for me is what happened to the young dr who was infatuated with fargo after she altered her dna to look like joe she has disappeared without a adequate resolution to her character

I understand why they brought her on and think it was a good idea to bring in a little competition for Allison. It seems she's pretty much taken for granted Carter will always be there waiting in the wings for her, so she needs a jolt of reality. Also, besides the chemistry, part of Carter & Allison's appeal is the romantic tension between them. They've got to keep that going, so if they do get together, it won't be for very long, or there will be challenges for them to stay together to keep it interesting. My issue is not with them bringing on someone for Carter, but with the person they brought on...either that or the writing for her character. She just gets on my nerves for some reason. I actually thought Carter had better chemistry with the dry cleaner lady and was wondering why they didn't explore that relationship. She was a more likeable character, I thought.
I agree about Tess and Zane NGrady666. After watching this last episode, I actually thought I saw something b/w them. I thought a rivalry b/w the two would be interesting...perhaps even have them discover they have feelings for one another and ride off into the sunset at the end of the season. Then they could bring back Taggart for Jo, b/c she and Zane have close to zero chemistry. Taggart was, at least, funny.
I've also been wondering about that character, totvornottotv, ever since that episode aired. I thought she and Fargo were perfect together, and thought she was going to be a new regular on the show. I hope they bring her back for Fargo. Another character I'd like to see them bring back is Andy. He was funny and would make an excellent edition to the show- at least as a recurring cast member.

i maintain Andy should be brought back as a deputy under Jo. Jo is already constantly trying to prove she can do Carter's job, so if robo-cop joins up she'll have to keep proving that her near perfect human capabilities are better then his technologically enhanced ones. besides, if anyone would take entertaining, yet violent action upon being 'replaced' by a machine, it would be Jo. not normally of course, but if Carter offhandedly praised Andy with Jo nearby .... well, it would be fun to watch anyway. what's more, they (Jo and Andy) would be the same rank, thanks to a previous episode where Jo asked for a promotion and Carter said there was no position between sharif and deputy. ultimately that means Andy wouldn't take orders from Jo, which could add some 'trust' issues that would need to be resolved. that could be really fun to watch what with Andy's oblivious niceness and all.

I agree with you...Jo is already uptight about her position/status, so bringing on Deputy Andy, essentially at the same level, is a fireworks show ready to happen. As you indicated, the situation would make for some good drama as well as comedy. Jo vs. Andy would definitely be fun to watch.
