BONES ''The Mastodon in the Room'' Review Season 6, Episode 1

When the last season of BONES ended, I was picturing a sort of re-boot when this season started. Everyone had gone off in opposite directions and I figured they'd all come back completely different. But in this season opener, called The Mastodon in the Room, we find that not that much has changed and everyone is still who they were when they left. When Cam's job is on the line, Caroline calls in the cavalry and gets the entire team back to D. C. to help.

Everyone jumps in without hesitation and it's like old times again, except instead of working in the fancy labs of the Smithsonian, Bones and her team are relegated to the FBI morgue. Pretty quickly they discover that the body Cam was supposed to identify isn't that of the missing child in the media, but all are eager to find out who he is. When it is found that he simply died from an accident and not under any nefarious circumstances, Booth and Bones go find the family of illegal immigrants and reassure them that they aren't in trouble. Not content to solve one mystery though, Booth goes about solving another and helps to find the original missing boy.

I gave up on Bones when i saw the first episode of the new season, silly really! Plus the romantic game between Bones and Booth is ridiculous. what a disappointment.
