Capt. Jack Harkness

I loved how they used a british character form a branch of the Dr.who Universe in this episode. also the return of K.A.R.R. loyal fans of the original series (such as I) loved the fact that they are using characters from the original show. and could Zoey get and hotter?

yeah I agree. It was perfect for fans of Doctor Who & Torchwood. I didnt even think that the writers knew about Jack Harkness on that show. Its was a good joke and great costume too lol.

direct from wikipedia12 "Knight To King's Pawn"KITT has been stolen, forcing the foundation to re-activate an evil prototype (K.A.R.R).
can we say ego showdown or a last grasp to get an audience.
as for the "re-boot" its about damn time, a terrorist of the week is getting real old really fast and i think they relised what a mistake it was to have kitt and mike in a set HQ and instead i think they are going to go back to the roots of the open road in diffrent places instead of being in and around vegas.
i'd love em to bring bck the OLD KITT even if it is for one episode and have the hoffman take the old kitt out with the new kitt.
that i would LOVE to see

Jack harkness appeared in the OLD doctor who show, long ago. As well as earlier, when Billie Piper was still involved. Fancy him turning out to be the face of Bo though. I guess a man that never dies would end up REALLY wrinkly. I don't understand why his head got so big though, and whats with the jar of water he lives in?
I think they made that one up as they went along...

Nope, jack isnt the face of boe.It would seem logical from what was seen on Doctor Who episodes.even i thought so, until i saw the commentary and read wiki. haha.
Writer Russell T Davies, in the episode's commentary, called the implication of this scene "a theory" as to the Face of Boe's origins, prompting Executive Producer Julie Gardner to urge him to "stop back-pedalling" about the two characters being the same.
