Anyone get annoyed when this show starts to personalize the clones? I mean this episode tries to makes them seem good and trustworthy when anyone whose ever seen Star Wars knows they betray the jedi.

They don't betray the Jedi. They are programmed to be entirely loyal to the Republic, and as time goes on Palpatine takes steps to be sure he IS the Republic. It was nothing personal, just orders. Not good or evil, in the end they were only tools. I for one LOVE the Clone Troopers, and wish they all could have had a better chance to control their fate.
