clark flying

When did Clark learn how to fly? i dont remember him flying in the 7th season? and why all of the sudden did he choose to follow his destiny? there was no revelations in previous episodes, is there something i missed?

o n one more thing, i noe i have a lot of questions, are they throwing away the story plot from the previous seasons because they have different writers or producers or something? becuz they never refer to Kara or Lana or Even Lex. the whole feel of the new season is different.

While not mentioned in this episode, they have mentioned all three of them since this season started. Lex is 'missing', and Tess is looking for him. Lana left, leaving behind a video for Clark. Can't recall what happened to Lana, but I remember her being mentioned as well.
I think the whole follow the destiny thing came as a result of the man giving up his powers to save Clark (the one who's now watching him as a police detective).

Clark Jumped and He started to accept his destiny after everything with the last season finale.
I think they need to step up the Superman thing a bit more. Also what's with this secret group of Supers????
I'm guessing the Legion of Doom ....

Yah i think thats the idea...legion of doom...
but I really dont think they killed of Lex completely...otherwise they are throwing away the real "superman" story away...which i dont think they should do..or will be doing anyway..
am guessing he will be back somewhere at the end..becuase no one found his body..and if Clark survived that weather without his powers so can lex...rememeber his "survival insticts on the deserted island for 3 months..." so it should be somehting like that.. but again who knows..
Lana on the other hand is gone for good...now they are making room for Lois..:) which is what I really want to see and wanted to see all along hehehe...
well...but what i find really intriguing is the fact that they are pulling of Chloe from Clark's trust circle ( as we saw in the last episode and might see in the 7th episode)...that gets me worried...but also maybe they are trying to make room for Lois to be the one center for Clark's rest and trust later on...who knows :)

Actually Chloe is going to have one use and will eventually have an awry connection with Clark. Think about it, she now has an amazingly great brain, she is getting very close with Davis, who we all know will end up being Doomsday, she has her healing powers. We know that Doomsday and Superman kill each other at the same time, and they both end up living. Except Doomsday lives as himself and Superman lives as Cyborg Superman. So I'm guessing those healing powers come in handy for Davis as he builds this connection with Chloe. In the season finale I'm guessing there is a fight to the death, Chloe chooses to heal Davis over Clark, Doomsday survives and Clark doesn't, but he his brought back by other means.
