Finding Camilla Santiago's ATM card was key to finding Camilla. She was traumatized and not speaking to the rape treatment counselors. That just meant that it was up to Brenda to use her powers of persuasion to get her to open up. It wasn't a surprise to me that Camilla had been brutalized by all the men at the party house, but it was to Brenda. I can't imagine why.
