ENTOURAGE Season 6, Episode 8: "The Sorkin Notes" Review - Featured

Just finished watching the latest episode of Entourage "The Sorkin Notes" (Season 6 Episode 8).

Instead of giving you a full blow play by play review of the episode, I will depart from my usual review and do two things instead: a quick spoilery synopsis of the episode and share an epiphany on who the real stalker is.

In this episode, Eric is going hot and cold on Sloan, only to finally decide to go back to Ashley. Andrew's trip o divorce hell almost blows a deal on signing Aaron Sorkin but a last minute pitch from a jail cell saves the day. Finally, Vince is getting additional protection in the house and the potential identity of the stalker might be revealed.

Now that we got that out of the way, let me tell you about my epiphany.

Do you guys remember when the security guy, played by Peter Stormare, drops the Sloan pictures on Eric's desk and then suspects her to being the stalker? Well, right then and there, it occurred to me who the real stalker was.

It has to be Ashley, Eric's on-again, off-again girlfriend. She's the only one who would have had any kind of reason to put Sloan's pictures all over the place. The reason why she went to Vince's home instead of Eric's was to stir the pot even more because she knows Eric would be upset by it. Now this is not fully fleshed out yet and I am still looking for additional clues but this makes sense to me.

What do you guys think? Does this make sense?

i don't think i fully support the idea that Ashley is the stalker. i mean, i know she was upset about eric and sloan and her lackluster response in last night's episode when eric told her about the stalker was strange (i think all she said was 'Really?', but then again she was sorta busy trying to jump his bones...haha)
but i just don't know. she definitely looks like she could bring the crazy, but i think the driver's license has got to have something to do with the real stalker. i guess i'm just saying this because i want there to be a person really after vince, and vince alone, and not someone coming into the picture because of his friends' lives.

Ashley could easily be the stalker(well she's not really a stalker just a psychotic ex-girlfriend.)
That is definitely a decent theory. I think the drivers license is just a decoy. Why would the guy have his drivers license out while sitting on Vince's couch?

I like the idea of Ashley being the stalker, it would give her a better character and reason to be in the show other than just the gentle detractor to E and Sloan's inevitable relationship. That being said, I don't know how you could explain away the creepy guys I.D. they found in the couch, unless Ashley somehow got it and put it there to be found. I do like the idea though, it would add a much needed spin to this season.

Good theory, but I'm not 100% sure that it will be the correct one. But it is the most creative I have heard.

I was thinking the same thing watch the guys driver license be Ashley's ex-boyfriend either that she put there (Ashley being the stalker) or the boyfriend is a crazy stalker and thinks that Ashley is with Vince cause she told him she was to throw him off her trail.
I would prefer if she is not the stalker cause i kinda like her tho. But the chances are pretty high. It would make E feel like an idiot that he dissed Sloane (even tho she deserved it she was pawning the sh*t out of him) and would make for a great episode.
