As Grey's Marks 100 Episodes, Is an End Date Near?

Although ABC's Lost, which just last week marked its own 100th episode, is zeroing in on a May 2010 series finale, don't expect Grey's Anatomy creator Shonda Rhimes to make like "Team Darlton" and handcuff herself to her own finish line.

"I have no end story or date in mind at all," Rhimes tells the Hollywood Reporter. "I just want us to tell stories as long as we feel it's relevant."

This Thursday, Grey's Anatomy celebrates the "century" mark with what is intended to be the wedding of longtime lovebirds Meredith Grey and Derek Shepherd. The odds of that anticipated union going off without a hitch, however, are slim.

Where does Rhimes see her doctors-in-love serial heading? Although she at one time "knew exactly how the show was going to end," she now finds the personal and professional adventures of Mer, Der, Cristina et al heading to "a different place than I'd ever expected at the beginning."

"We're essentially working without a map," she admits, "and have been for a little while now."

So, fellow Grey's fans, since the world seems to be our oyster, what would you like to see happen in the halls of Seattle Grace? Who do you want to see together? Who do you want apart? What sort of non-ghost/hallucination stories would you like to see told?

I wanna see lexie and mark break up...and soon!! I thought lexie had a thing for george at one point...what happened to that?? I think they'd make a really great couple, and that would definitely be fun to watch.I'd also like to see a real wedding for MerDer...i still love they're story and love how everything has been going with them. But i'm really glad they didnt get married in that last episode...it felt so rushed! I think i can wait for the real thing for a while longer...Im also loving the whole career development for all the original interns...its very interesting to watch Alex and George particularly...i mean, Mer and Christina knew very early on what they wanted...so its interesting to watch these two figure it out.And I really really hope Izzie stays and doesnt die. Its really starting to feel like they're getting rid of her...and i just dont want that. She's a great part of the team.Another thing im really excited to watch is Christina and Owen...im loving the slow development...All in all...i love where most of the storylines are going...and i cant say i'd change much...

"We're essentially working without a map"
That's rather obvious. They went off the grid with all the Denny garbage. He's adorable, we get it. But if you wanted to keep him, you shouldn't have killed him off. His returns are just cheap ratings tactics.

Definitely keep Lexie and Mark together. They are great couple, and don't separate them. I love them together, maybe in the next season Mark can propose to Lexie. Also, would like to see Derek and Mer get married, see the actual ceremony. George has become boring lately, he needs a girl in his life, someone we haven't seen yet, and maybe dating someone secretly. Love the Owen and Chistinia relationship, good to see the relationship developing. In the end, i hope izzie doesn't die. In season six, hope it opens with band, exiciting and hopeful for a new beginning.
