The Latest Eliminated 'Top Chef' Contestant Was 'Ready to Go'

You might think that when Padma Lakshmi tells a chef to "pack your knives and go," it's the worst thing that could happen. However, this week's eliminated cheftestant from 'Top Chef: DC' had a very different take on leaving the show, and in retrospect, won't let the experience affect what's next.

When Miami chef and restaurant owner Andrea Curto-Randazzo discovered that she had to cook swordfish for the elimination challenge, she wasn't thrilled. In retrospect, she would have not prepared it with a sweet vanilla mustard sauce, and -- perhaps -- she would not have been sent home.

"But on the other hand, you can't second-guess yourself," she said in a morning-after interview. "I was taking a chance. If I do too much of that, rethinking my choices, I'll drive myself crazy. You have to move on."
