of course they are from the FBI... didn't you see the part when they are in the office with their boss? I think the boss is crocked and making them work for his own secret agenda!

No, I didn't see them walk into a "real" FBI building. Weren't they just standing in a random office that could have been anywhere?

nope, it was an FBI office, behind in the background you could see the round sign 'Federal Burou of Investigation' (dunno how to spell burou sorry)
