Once upon a time there was a creator who had a knack for developing TV shows with cult followings. One was about a man who may or may not be the god of love, another about a snarky teen detective and the most recent about a group of downtrodden people pursuing their Hollywood dreams.
Rob Thomas may have a knack for creating critically-acclaimed TV shows such as 'Cupid,' 'Veronica Mars' and 'Party Down,' but one thing he said he's not known for is his prognostication skills in terms of finding audiences for his shows. See, most of Thomas' shows live(d) on the bubble of cancellation, often depending on a rabid fans mobilizing for a campaign in order to get a new season.
Thomas took some time and chatted with TV Squad about the new season of 'Party Down,' Adam Scott leaving for 'Parks & Recreation' and new projects.
