After her onscreen daughter said hello to motherhood on The Secret Life of The American Teenager, this time it's Molly Ringwald who is, once again, saying hello to babies - not just one, but two. The Breakfast Club star gave birth to twins Friday in Los Angeles, as reported by UsMagazine.com.
The twins - daughter Adele Georgiana and son Roman Stylianos - is the latest addition to Ringwald's family, previously composed of just husband Panio Gianopoulos and 5-year-old daughter Mathilda Ereni.
"I actually think it's a good thing considering we're having twins," Ringwald told Fit Pregnancy. "It would be so much harder with a toddler than with an almost 6-year-old. It's exciting, especially since it's a boy and girl. ... It's the best of both worlds."
Ringwald, 41, returned to television recently with her role as Anne Juergens, mother of teenage pregnancy poster child and new mother Amy on ABC Family's The Secret Life of the American Teenager. Her pregnancy was in fact written into her role, as it was revealed in the premiere of season 2 late last month that she was pregnant.
Meanwhile, on the last episode of The Secret Life of the American Teenager, Ashley and George decided to help Amy and Anne because their hectic schedules started to bug them. elsewhere, Ben asked Leon for his job at the butcher shop back and planned an Italian vacation for the summer. Grace was back in school, and actually got back together with Jack and patched things up with Adrian. Ricky, meanwhile, started to act jealous and asked Adrian to promise him that she won't have sex with anyone else but him.
Finally, David, her architect boss who might or might not be the father of her baby, proposed to Anne.
