Last week, Miggy was eliminated, leaving O'Neal to join his daughter on the Blue team. O'Neal pumps everyone up to get ready to take on the Black team. Ali meets the players in the middle of nowhere and explains that they need to learn how to lose weight while maintaining a busy "real world" schedule. What does that mean for them? "Work week," of course. The contestants will be working alongside Feed America for an eight-hour day, and they will only have access to the gym before and after work.
For the challenge this week, the teams must pull a 33,000 pound semi down a runway. While doing so, they will also collect puzzle pieces that spell out their prize: groceries for one year. After a lot of screaming and grunting, the Blue team pulls (get it?) out the win.
At 6 am the next morning, the teams get into the gym for their morning workout, pack their lunches and head to work. The contestants even have a candid discussion with the overweight inventory manager, who asks them for help with starting his own weight-loss journey. Everyone falls asleep on the bus ride home, but there's no sleepy time because they must go right to the gym to get in their workout.
