Star Wars: The Clone Wars - ''Sphere of Influence'' Review

Unfortunately, this was the second week in a row delivering a less than stellar episode. "Sphere of Influence" focused on Baron Papanoida, another blink and you'll miss him character from the films getting a very expanded role here - but a more notable such character than most others of this sort, because George Lucas himself played Papanoida in a cameo in Revenge of the Sith. In The Clone Wars, Lucas and his children were the visual reference for Papanoida and his family, though none of them voiced the characters.

"Sphere of Influence" immediately got off to a poor start, as the narrator began to talk about the Trade Federation putting a blockade on Pantora, stopping all commerce and… Sorry, I dozed off there for a second. But seriously, two episodes in a row involving trade blockades? That is not a way to keep momentum going. If anything, these episodes should have been spaced out through the season.
