I just have to say that I loved the original series, and had high hopes for this new "reimagined" version. Then, after 4 episodes, I discovered to my dismay that there is a midseason(?) hiatus until March 30. Honestly, I don't think they should have even gone ahead with the show if all they put together was 8 episodes. I don't consider 8 episodes of any show to constitute a season, and to split those episodes up with such a long gap is going to lose the viewership of anyone who was willing to check it out.
If want this show to fail so badly, why did you even film it?

I loved the original as a kid, but it did have a lot of silly problems(like the idea that humans would trust aliens at all and turn on their own scientists was pretty stupid). The reimagined new V is BETTER! They cured that problem by explaining that the appearance of the ship was a second stage in the process, that the visitors were already here manipulating governments, so thats why we didn't immediately attack. I hate that they are making us wait. It just shows how the networks treat the fans these days. Unless its American Idol they feel like the fans are a throw away commodity they don't need. Well let me tell you this, Network geniuses; The more educated, wealthier people out there are NOT watching some fat farm girl sing "Hallelujah" for some snotty judges who know nothing about the music business. Can you imagine a real musician pandering to Simon? Nope. We want real shows with plots and actors. The reason you are losing us is that you treat us fans like dirt. Eventually we just will start avoiding tv all together because we know you can cancel anything for no reason at all. Maybe think of that while you try to kill of this perfectly popular show.
